The two-day course uses the Principles of Federal Appropriations Law, Chapter 15, Volume IV, Office of the Comptroller General of the United States as its foundation. This brief, two-day course focuses on three elements of inter- and intra-governmental operations.
5. Budget Analysis Workshop
This course builds on the student's prerequisite courses in Budget Formulation and Budget Execution by focusing on the analytical tools and techniques needed to make those stages in the federal budget process more effective.
